Description : The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office-XII, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the item/s indicated in this Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
