1. The Margosatubig Regional Hospital, through the PHIC / HOSPITAL INCOME intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of System Design for the Upgrading of the Computerized Maintenance System (CMMS) of HFMS with Project Reference No. MRH-063-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Margosatubig Regional Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods/ Services is required within 90 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
