INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SURVEYING SERVICES

1. The Municipal Government of Sta. Margarita, Samar through the 2025 Supplemental Budget of the Municipal Assessor-s Office intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php390,900.00) under the contract for the Procurement of Surveying Services/SM2025-200-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days the Delivery Schedule after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
