The Municipal Government of Mapandan, Pangasinan, through the available funds amounting to Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (500,000.00) in General Fund ( Municipal Agriculture Office-Providing Appropriations for the Devolved Functions) and Three Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Seven Pesos & 82/100 centavos ( ₱ 394,557.82) , intends to apply the Eight Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Seven Pesos and Eigthy-Two Centavos ( ₱ 894,557.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Support to Farmers-Fertilizer Assistance, GOODS-MUN-2025-01-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
