2. The Municipality of Santander, Cebu after having conducted two (2) failed biddings on January 12, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Mayor-s Office and February 5, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Mayor-s Office, now invites interested bidder for the Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Biddings for the said project.
3. Bid/Quotation must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before February 16, 2026 at 10:00 in the morning at the Mayor-s Office.
4. Bid Quotation opening shall be on February 16, 2026 at 10:00 in the morning at the Mayor-s Office.
