1. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE TYPEWRITTEN.
2. CONTRACT DURATION PERIOD WITHIN SIXTY (60) WORKING DAYS
3. WARRANTY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR FOR WORKMANSHIP FROM DATE OF
ACCEPTANCE BY THE PROCURING ENTITY.
4. PRICE VALIDITY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS.
5. PAYMENT SHALL BE THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE END USER.
6. 10% RETENTION MONEY AND WITHHOLDING TAX OF 6% SHALL BE DEDUCTED FOR EVERY
BILLING/PAYMENT.
7. RETENTION MONEY SHALL BE RELEASED UPON ACCEPTANCE OF SABLAYAN WATER DISTRICT OF THE
SAID WORKS.
