1. The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Php 5,000,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply of Labor and Materials, Delivery, and Installation of the Pre-Action Type Fire Suppression System for 3rd, 4th and 5th Floor Warehouse of PDIC Annex Building, Identification No 2025-012. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
