INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF PARTS FOR
MINDRAY MOBIEYE X-RAY MACHINE WITH

1. The Tondo Medical Center (TMC) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA)
intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Two Thousand One
Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php 2,702,170.00)) being the ABC to payments under the
contract for Procurement of Supply & Installation of Parts for Mindray Mobieye X-ray
Machine with Serial No. C8-13000857 under IB No.2025-093. Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The TMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods
is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements.
Bidders should have completed, within last three (3) years from the date of submission
and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
