Section I. Invitation for Negotiated Procurement through community participation

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING SUPPLIES & MATERIALS

1. For a cost efficient, effectiveness and empower communities, the Local Government of San Isidro, Surigao del Norte Bids and Awards Committee now invites interested supplier to participate in the negotiation procurement (community participation) for the Supply and Delivery of supplemental feeding supplies and materials to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php720,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract(ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of supplemental feeding supplies and materials in accordance with section 53.12 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
