1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Barangay Local Government of Tigasao, San Isidro, Surigao del Norte Bids and Awards Committee now invites interested supplier to participate in the negotiation for the Supply and Delivery of one unit electric centrifugal pump 4hp, source of fund from BLGU & MLGU to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php115,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of one unit electric centrifugal pump 4hp in accordance with section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
