The National Development Company, through the Bids & Awards Committee, invites bids for the public bidding of the project specified below:

Name of Project : Procurement of Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Two (2) Units of Brand-New Passenger Elevator for the NDC Bldg. (2nd Public Bidding)

Location : NDC Building, 116 Tordesillas St., Salcedo Village, Makati City

The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Bid Evaluation of the financial component of the eligible bid/s shall be conducted to determine the Single or Lowest Calculated Bid (SCB or LCB). Post-qualification of the SCB or LCB shall be conducted. The contract will be awarded to the Bidder with Single or Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid who was determined as such during the post-qualification process.
