Description : 1. The Dangerous Drugs Board, through the General Appropriation Act of 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 2,300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement for Supply, Delivery, Installation, And Configuration of Audio/Video Conference Solution of DDB and Identification No. 11-234-2023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Dangerous Drugs Board now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Bidders must have a complete Single Largest Contract of similar nature within the last two (2) years amounting to at least fifty percent 50% of the ABC of the item being bid.
