The Tondo Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Philippine Pesos (Php40,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement, Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning Activities of Brand New Digital Mammography System with Three Dimensional Tomosynthesis, Stereotactic Breast Biopsy, And Contrast Enhanced Mammography Features of Tondo Medical Center HFEP 2024 under IB No. 2024-122. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
