1. The DOH-LABUAN GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the HFEP 2024 intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php 15,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF High-End Cardiovascular Machine 2d Echo with ITB ID no. 25-03-012. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH-LABUAN GENERAL HOSPITAL now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
