1) The Department of Education (DepEd) Caraga Region, through the FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Nine Million Three Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Pesos (₱59,397,420.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Supply, Delivery and Provisioning of 3,000 Tablet Devices to Support the Pilot Implementation of FlexPath Learning Solutions in DepEd Caraga Region. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
