Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS OFFICE FURNITURE FOR THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (NDC)

1) The NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (NDC), through the Corporate Operating Budget FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱2,853,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS OFFICE FURNITURE FOR THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (NDC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The NDC now invites bids for the supply, delivery and installation of various office furniture for the National Development Company (NDC). Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the winning bidder. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
