Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Supply, Delivery and Installation of Four (4) units Solar Power System (Short of Award)

1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 13, through the NUPAP NEP 2026 intends to apply the sum of the following being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Lot 1: 1 unit for Bunawan, Agusan del Sur ₱ 1,100,000.00
Lot 2: 1 unit for San Francisco, Agusan del Sur ₱ 1,100,000.00
Lot 3: 1 unit for Tandag City, Surigao del Sur ₱ 1,100,000.00
Lot 4: 1 unit for Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte ₱ 1,185,000.00
