1) The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (P/3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Exhaust Hood (Stainless Style, Inverted Island Type with exhaust air blower) for Gordon College. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
