Section I. Invitation for Negotiated Procurement

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 5HP SUBMERSIBLE PUMP WITH ACCESSORIES

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government of San Isidro, Surigao del Norte Bids and Awards Committee now invites interested supplier to participate in the negotiation for the Supply and Delivery of one unit 5hp submersible pump with accessories to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Pesos (Php123,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract(ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of 5hp submersible pump with accessories in accordance with section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
