I. Purpose of the Assignment
The purpose of the assignment is to appoint a service provider to design and develop customized modules for the OTS Transport Security Accreditation and Training Management Information System (TSATMIS).

II. Objective

The TSATMIS is an online system that aims to automate the manual processes of the Transport Security Accreditation and Training Management Service (TSATMS) which includes management of transport security training, certification and re-certification of transport security instructors and other transport security personnel, accreditation and re-accreditation of training institutions in the Civil Aviation, Maritime and Land/Rail sectors, monitoring and evaluation of the teaching performance of certified transport security instructors, and repository of transport security-related information that will be needed by TSATMS personnel during the conduct of training.
