I. Purpose of the Assignment
The purpose of the assignment is to appoint a service provider to design and develop customized modules for the OTS Transport Security Oversight and Compliance Information System (TSOCIS).

II. Objective

The TSOCIS is a web-based system of stakeholder-s database and compliance monitoring of security plans and programmes. It is the automation of the manual procedure in the approval of Airport Security Programme (ASP) and Aircraft Operators Security Programme (AOSP), Cargo Operator Security Program and other Tenants Security Programme for Aviation; approval of Ship Security Plan (SSP) and Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP), issuance of International Ship Security Certificate (ISSC), National Ship Security Certificate (NSSC) and Statement of Compliance for Port Facility (SCPF) for Maritime; and, approval of Bus Operator Security Plan (BOSP), Bus Terminal Security Plan (BTSP)/ Integrated Terminal Exchange Security Plan (ITXSP), Rail System Security Plan (RSSP) and Tollway Operator Security Plan (TOSP) for ...
