INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF MRI CRADLE ASSY WITH PA COIL FRU KIT FOR SIGNA CREATOR 1.5 TESLA
IB No. 2023-089

1. The Tondo Medical Center, through the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php2,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Installation of MRI Cradle Assy with PA Coil FRU Kit for Signa Creator 1.5 Tesla. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Tondo Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods as specified on Section VI. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
