1. The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the General Fund FY 2025 -Mayor-s Office Capital Outlay (Other PPE-HVLS Fan) and General Fund - Continuing Appropriation (Mayor-s Office-Capital Outlay), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 1,160,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Supply and Installation of High- Volume Low Speed Ceiling Fans Re-Bid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Buguey now invites bids for the Procurement of Supply and Installation of High- Volume Low Speed Ceiling Fans Re-Bid. Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
