PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF X-RAY FILMS AND ENVELOPES FOR RADIOLOGY OF JLGMH (X-RAY DEVELOPER SOLUTION ET AL)

1. The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thirty-eight Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-five Pesos Only (P/1,438,675.00) the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of X-ray Films and Envelopes for Radiology of JLGMH (X-ray Developer Solution et al) OC-73 (JLGMH-23) 25 GD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
