Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VETERINARY PRODUCTS AND SUPPLEMENTS FOR VARIOUS MODULES UNDER LEED PROJECTS

1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act (2025 - Continuing Appropriations) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Forty-Six Thousand Pesos (Php4,046,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Veterinary Products and Supplements for Various Modules under LEED Projects/IB No. 2026-042 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Veterinary Products and Supplements for Various Modules under LEED Projects with the following specifications:

Multivitamins + Minerals + Electrolytes + Amino acids + Probiotics, WSP, 20grams/sachet @ 20 sachets/box 826 boxes
