The Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD), through Corporate Operating Budget for the Contract approved by the Governing Boards for the year 2024 intends to apply the sum of PESOS: SIXTEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND SIXTY (PhP 16,151,060.00) being the aggregate Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Various Vertical Turbine Pumps and Submersible Pumpsets. Bids received in excess of the ABC per P.R. shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The bidders are required to submit their bid for all twenty-four (24) items. Otherwise, their bid shall be considered as incomplete and shall be a ground for disqualification.
