1. The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital, through its Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (Php1,890,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Various Physical Rehabilitation Equipment.
