Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS PESTICIDES

1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the SARO-BMB-E-25-0013187 dtd. August 15, 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php2,349,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Various Pesticides/IB No. 2025-080 (GAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas now invites bids for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Various Pesticides with the following specifications:

Insecticide
Active Ingredient: BPMC+chlorpyrifos, 210+105 g/L concentration, 250ml/bottle 1,500 bottles
Active Ingredient: Cypermethrin, 50 g/L concentration EC, 250 mL/bottle 1,500 bottles
Active Ingredient: Lambda-cyhalothrin, 25 g/L concentration EC, 250 mL/bottle 1,000 bottles

Fungicide
Active Ingredient: Copper Oxychloride, 580 g/Kg concentration, 500 g/pack 1,666 packs
