The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Nine Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php279,960,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Various NSIC Approved Hybrid Rice Seeds (By Lot)/IB 2025-034 (GAS).
