Description : The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) through its Procurement Section, intends to procure "Supply and Delivery of Technical Supplies of the Metropolitan Theater" in accordance with Sec. 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184. The total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (P182,490.00) inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.

We kindly request that you submit your quotation, duly signed by your authorized representative, not later than
18 March 2025 at 12nn to bids@ncca.gov.ph . Late quotation will not be accepted.

The NCCA reserves the right to cancel or terminate the conduct of procurement activities, reject any and all bids, declare a failure, or not award the contract in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 Revised IRR.
