The Department of Labor and Employment, using Single-year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid under GPPB Resolution No. 27-2019), through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) corresponding to the total cost of each item to be bid out as follows:
