SEMI-EXPENDABLE FURNITURE & FIXTURES

Proposed Purchase of Semi-Expendable Furniture & Fixtures for the use of the Bureau of the Treasury Regional Office-IX and Provincial Offices.

A. OBJECTIVE

The project calls for the purchase of various Semi-Expendable Furniture & Fixtures for the following reasons:
1. To provide necessary seating for waiting clients in the GAD Room and Provincial Offices.
2. To replace aging and defective office equipment (tables and swivel chairs) for the Regional Director, Provincial Office Heads, and personnel.
3. To upgrade facilities with frontline counters to improve mission delivery and efficiency.

B. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The proposed purchase involves the procurement and/or fabrication of various furniture units including couches, executive and clerical swivel chairs, executive office tables, and frontline counters for the BTr Regional Office IX and its attached Provincial Offices.
