1. The Department of Education, through the Division of Taguig City and Pateros Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY-FIVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY PESOS & 00/100 (Php75,519,840.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery for School-Based Feeding Program SY2025-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
