Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of School-Based Feeding Program - Milk Feeding Component (Commercial Milk) for SY 2025 - 2026
1. The Department of Education - Schools Division Office (SDO) of Oriental Mindoro, through the FY 2025 GAA (RO-4B-25-00308) intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-five (P 8,580,495.00) Pesos Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of School-Based Feeding Program - Milk Feeding Component (Commercial Milk) for SY 2025 - 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DepEd - SDO Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
