Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PROMOTIONAL AND PRINTING MATERIALS FOR TRAININGS AND ACTIVITIES FY 2025 THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

The AGRICULTURAL TRAINING INSTITUTE-REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER IX through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS ONLY(PHP2,402,865.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PROMOTIONAL AND PRINTING MATERIALS FOR TRAININGS AND ACTIVITIES FY 2025 THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The ATI-RTC IX invites bids for the aforementioned contract.

The ATI-RTC IX now invites bids for supply and delivery of promotional and printing materials for training and activities. Delivery of the Goods is required within the time the Framework Agreement was entered into and executed by the parties until December 31, 2025, after issuance of a Call-Off.
