Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF POTABLE BULK WATER SUPPLY PROJECT OF BALAMBAN WATER DISTRICT

1) The Balamban Water District. through the Corporate Budget of 2025 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 30,747,600.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Potable Bulk Water Supply Project of Balamban Water District. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Balamban Water District now invites bids for:

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF POTABLE BULK WATER SUPPLY PROJECT OF BALAMBAN WATER DISTRICT
- YEAR 2025 AND EACH OF THE SUCCEEDING YEAR A MAXIMUM OF ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SIX (1,296) cu.m. of water per day total volume delivered at point as specified by the Balamban Water District starting November 03, 2025. with contract duration up to five (5) years.
