The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat intends to procure the Procurement on the Supply and Delivery of Pasteurized Fresh Milk for the Implementation of School Based Feeding Program through Small Value Procurement under New Government Procurement Act (NGPA) or Republic Act No. 12009. The quotation above the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically disqualified.
