The Department of Education - Schools Division Office (SDO) of Oriental Mindoro, through the FY 2024 GAA (RO-4B-25-00308) intends to apply the sum of Five Mil-lion, Two Thousand, Nine Hundred Thirty-Two (P 5,002,932.00) Pesos Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Nutritious Food Products for School-Based Feeding Program for SY 2025 - 2026 (Lot 11 - Buko Juice in Combination with Vanilla Biscuit). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
