Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NEWSPAPER ADVERTISEMENT
1) The ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION (ERC), through the Continuing Appropriations for Fiscal Year (F.Y.) 2025 and Current Appropriation Act for Fiscal Year 20264, intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos and Sixty-Three Centavos (PhP2,142,682.63), inclusive of all government taxes, and other fees and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Newspaper Advertisement under Lot No. 2026-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The ERC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall accommodate/facilitate all requests for publication submitted by ERC through FAS-GSD representative within the contract period, and shall deliver at least ten (10) complimentary copies of the newspaper within two (2) calendar days after the date of publication to the ERC FAS-GSD located at 11th Floor, Exquadra Tower, 1 Jade Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
