1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php7,297,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Microbial-based Fertilizer (By Lot)/IB 2025- 068 (GAS).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
