INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO BE USED IN MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE

1. The Municipality of Linapacan, through the 4411-Procurement of Medical, Dental & Laboratory Supplies Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO BE USED IN MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Linapacan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
