1. The DOH-LABUAN GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the HOSPITAL INCOME intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY, AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL GRADE OXYGEN GAS IN CYLINDER VIA ORDERING AGREEMENT-REBID with Contract ID no. 25-08-026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH-LABUAN GENERAL HOSPITAL now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
