The PEZA - CEZ, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ₱ 160,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the “Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Meals for the 2025 CEZ Fire Brigade Competition.”

Particulars/Project Specification

Meals for the participants, judges, organizers, and other guests during the conduct of the 2025 CEZ Fire Brigade Competition, for the activities involving planning, preparation and actual event activities.

1. The Supplier must comply the following delivery schedule:
• MEALS (Breakfast, Lunch, AM, PM Snacks and Dinner). Number of meals to be served shall be determined during the related activity of the event.
• Anytime in the period of January 24, 2025 to March 8, 2025 and as may be deemed required by the end-user depending on the activity to be conducted relative to the event
