PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR JLGMH (PETRISH BIG X 200-S ET AL)

1. The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Ninety Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy Pesos Only (P/1,296,170.00) the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for JLGMH (Petrish Big x 200-s et al) OC-30 (JLGMH-09) 25 GD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Olongapo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
