MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TEN
PESOS ONLY (Php 10,671,510.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY, AND DELIVERY OF
LABORATORY REAGENTS & CONSUMABLE SUPPLIES VIA ORDERING
AGREEMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
