  1) The City Government of Olongapo through the Local Fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos Only (P/321,664.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
