General Requirements:
• The bidder shall have been in the IT business for at least ten (10) years and be an authorized distributor or reseller of the equipment being offered for at least three (3) years.
• The bidder shall have an active ISO 9001 certification at the time of the quotation.
• The Interactive White Board (Smartboard) and its components shall be brand new (not clone, imitation, or illegally assembled) and free from defects. The brand shall be globally recognized, and the latest product model offered in the market at the time of the quotation.
• The model-s, spare parts and components shall be available in the market for a period of at least three (3) years from the date of the final acceptance.
• The Interactive White Board (Smartboard) being offered shall be manufactured by an ISO 9001 or ISO 9002 certified company.
• In case of equipment pull-out due to defects or needed repair within the period of warranty, a service or replacement unit of the same specifications as that of the malfunctioning equipment shall be provided... - Documents:
