Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Supply and Delivery with Installation of Office Signages and Labels
with Bid Nos. 25-02-045 and 25-05-046

1. The Cebu Normal University through the Special Trust Fund (STF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos and Six Centavos (Php69,289.06) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery with Installation of Office Signages and Labels with Bid No. 25-02-045 and 25-02-046. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cebu Normal University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty-five (45) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
