1. The Department of Agriculture-Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php2,120,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply and Delivery of ICT Software Subscription (Lot 2)/IB 2025-069 (GAS).
