1) The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (P/1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Hospital Supplies (PIMA CD4 Cartridge Alere Abbot Bioline et al) for JLGMH. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
